Customer service and response to complaints very poor. The driver charged my babysitters cash and they didn't know the taxi I booked was already linked to my credit card. Almost 1 day later, still haven't gotten a response even though I have the picture of the receipt given to me.
Taxi is the fastest transport when you go on catch up the time.
