app has been glitch for a while that would require you to reinstall the app for it to open. now when I try open the app it closes with a message saying the app crashed because it has a bug. its been months and still no fix?

Crashes as soon as I try to open. Have bought tickets I cannot use and now having to buy tickets again on the bus. Essentially paying twice. Unreliable.
