Such a stupid app. Had problems paying on the website so I downloaded the app but it's the same problem. Now I have to go to that f**king bus station to get a ticket. Well done, people!

It said time-out after my card is charged and I dont get the bus ticket, no traceability and cannot refund. No response from the team after contacting them. Dont use this apps, just go and buy in bus station or the offices.
Won't accept booking for round trip tickets. Buggy app
