Useless. The older version was better.
The old app was much better. This one only allows a very limited number of requests.
Multiple issues with this app. First it fails to apply Android app best practices for permissions of request in context which was released in Android 6 in August 2015 and the permission requested by default are overly invasive. Second the app developer is not one that I recognize and should be PG County as the owner of this app. I don't trust apps I cannot vet is legitimate and I don't see links to this app from the PG County Click311 pages in any obvious locations. Third the app graphic design and UX needs and overhaul. It is not a pleasant interface and uses a color scheme that is depressing and unappealing to want o have on my phone.
Damn...all user reviews say this app SUCKS!!! WHY SHOULD I DOWNLOAD IT.........I CAN'T EVEN GET A GET A POSITIVE OUTCOME WHEN I CALL FOR SERVICE!!!
Terrible Choices available, Slow reaction to No reaction from County.
Needs an update/refresh. App is over a year old. Few choices for issues that actually need addressing. Could be very useful with a wider variety of issue options.
