You would think if first Insurance wanted there customers to use this app they would hire someone who knows what they're doing. For a large Insurance financing company they're pretty incompetent.
I don't understand why the service fee to pay online (via website) is as much as it is. I was hoping that the new app would have been constructed in a way that eliminated their need for such high service charges. But, the charges are the same (possibly higher for credit card payments).
I don't understand why they would make their customers pay a fee to make their payments on a app & online.
