This app was great when first downloaded. Shown each days usage in pounds , but this feature is no longer shown? Why? You could keep track of your daily usage. Is this in the hope customers won't be able to keep track and end up using more energy. Bring it back please!!!!

very impressed with Scottish Power and how easy the app is to check things
My smart was working until April. Top ups were not registering on my smart meter or the app. Had to call Scottish Power to get A number to type into both electric and gas meter which is long winded. Not impressed either that I waited over an hour and a half for call to be answered after I'd been cut offI still have to wait for my smart meter to start communicating with the app and my meters. The app is still not working right. Not updating my payments.
brilliant - so much better than calling in!
No daily costings available on the daily usage section of this app for android devices is very disappointing... only energy usage why is this???
