Get started by downloading the app to your phone.You have three ways to register:- Using your internet banking log-in details- Using your telephone banking details- Using your personal details and your debit or credit card. Im actually in the process of moving to Halifax because of the constant errors this app gave me. If you're young just go to RBS etc. My accounts locked and online banking is also broken due to an "error". I can't even buy things online anymore. Absolutely avoid clydesdale.

Asks for reasons to transfer my money, Virgin say it is for security but with passwords, security questions and code generation is sufficient! You don't get asked at the bank when you withdraw cash or at an ATM. Marketing pure and simple. My money and none of Virgin's business
