Out driver had been constantly closing eyes and had a hard time not falling asleep at the wheel. No responsibility taken, silly excuses, no compensation. Moreover, their responses indicate that said driver continued to take further orders regardless of complaint.
Отвратительное такси. Заказываю только курьерские услуги, но и тут почти каждый раз проблемы. В службу поддержки обращаться смысла нет, они вообще не читают, что им пишут клиенты. Обходятся только заранее заготовленными отписками. Иногда доходит до смешного, когда они вообще присылают ответ не на тот вопрос, который вы задаёте.
Good app
Частая проблема - невозможно вызвать машину. Она либо не ищется, либо водитель отменяет и после этого не ищется, либо водители отменяют один за другим. Итог - если нужно куда-то поехать быстро, а не полчаса колупаться - приходится использовать другой сервис. Иногда даже в комфорт+ приезжает "шахид-такси". Но в остальном хорошая цена и достаточно удобно всё.
Поддержка не возвращает деньги даже если таксист не подъезжал к точке, а включал ожидание в другом месте и потом уезжал.
Что за безобразие у вас творится с заказом такси на время? Если я назначаю такси на 12:00, значит оно должно подъехать в 12, поиск должен быт начат в 11:50-11:55, а не во время назначения, чтоб я еще 10 минут стоял. И что за прикол не уведомлять ни сообщением, ничем, что моя бронь отменилась из-за нехватки денег на карте? Заказал, вышло подтверждение, а потом к назначенному времени приложение метнулось проверять деньги, не нашло средств и просто УДАЛИЛО ЗАКАЗ без следа. Спасибо за опоздание!
