Great citibike ebike

Company is horrible use at your own risk. Unavailable dock be giving me major psychotic headache.

Idiotic, totally idiotic - to register, I have to enter my DOB - ok, sure - but I have to SCROLL through callendar by 25 years, month by month, because there's just isn't other option to enter the date? What kind of idiot designed this? C'mon.

Multiple times recently I've tried 4 different stations close to me and where I'm going and they were all offline. This is really frustrating when I have the annual subscription. What am I paying for? Also there's now a station that has a valet but it doesn't show how many bikes or docks are available in the app when there isn't a valet

How about I check a bike in a station, get home find out it offline, I end ride on app, 2 days later my chase account charged $106 and a surcharge $34 for a something they did. When this is over I'm closing my account, don't go through this. You have been ⚠️

Won't load onto phone. Website won't work either

Bike locked on the dock but app says it was unlocked? Costed me over 150 for this joke of an app
