This is my favorite Scottish TTS voice of all time!! I have worked with Cereproc to get it working with TalkBack. Initially the voice froze, so I reported this to Cereproc, and it was fixed! I am blind and must use synthetic speech every day, to complete every task on my phone. Not only am I immensely pleased with the voice, but I am quite pleased with Cereproc!! And, the reason the voice does not work with navigation anymore, is because Google does not allow us to use any voices, other than theirs, anymore, for navigation purposes.

I love Heather. I use it for years with utter! And was happy. A friend of mine showed me what Google now can do and I was hooked.... BUT Google now refuses to use Heather!!! I have an S7 why cannot I use Heather as TTS for Google? I'm I missing something? I have changed everything on my settings.... pls help

It doesn't allow me to apply any settings to it...change voice speed and pitch etc...any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a very good tts. You have to go to their site to hear it before you buy. I wish they had demo videos here

I really love this voice but it no longer works with Google Maps (I'm guessing Google is disabling 3rd party TTS on their apps) and only occasionally works on Google Now (namely when setting reminders). The rest of the time, it's just the crappy Google TTS.
