I am not able to see purchases made within 24 to 48 hours after making the purchase. The site frequently goes down for maintenance. The amount of money shown in my account is almost always inaccurate. Good luck getting in contact with this bank if you have a problem on the weekend with these online features!
Amazing app. Its makes it so easy to keep on top of finances because they typically show up within 10 minutes of me using my debit card. The app updates frequently to help keep it all accurate and up to date which i love. Definitely user friendly for all.
Needs some serious work.
Works fine for me. I feel that speaking to a real person is more valuable but this convenient app fulfills its role.
