Not at all user-friendly.
Used recently 4-5 days back n now it shows client locked. No response of mail. Don't want to continue, everytime one or the other issue is there, no one can use it instantly n in emergency.
Worst interface which is not at all user friendly. Don't understand It's terminology which is pathetic.
Unable to upload pan card photo. App asking for geotagging and allowing location access but there is no such option provided in app. I granted all the permissions but app never asks permission for location. Kindly resolve.

Very difficult to open, must be easy and user friendly
