Thank you yes I've always loved this app I it's put it on every phone since I had gotten it on one of my phones. Thank you for helping me on this. I want to hear it when my phone is sitting across the room because I'm busy sweeping the floor for instance I want to hear the notification.

My new chat button is missing. I've deleted and reinstall the app but yet nothing. And there is nothing in the setting that helps bring it back.
