Charge too much, for adults. Should be a even amout ,not 2.50$ & kids should pay atleast 50¢ & college kids same should pay something bcife isn't free & by this modifi5 shows ppl responsibility for all !!
Jan.15 and before then having problems with this system not able to use my passes to get on the bus keep getting error so many times I have to miss the bus get money that I don't have that spent on my passes that can't use them my kids appointments late or they won't see me work that I plan on doing I'm late because I cannot get there. I'm so sick app. I'm done will not buy no more buss passes on my phone ever so thank you Capmetro for one my worst experiences on this app. It's terrible I give
App takes forever to boot up, and then once it does it will stop responding like three times. The QR scanner also never works when I attempt scanning the QR code. Capital Metro is garbage.
Can be a bit slow at times but otherwise good.

The app is complete trash. I thought all the problems I had were due to my old phone; nope; still same problems with brand new phone.
