Terus terang saya kecewa dgn Layanan Dari BTPN/Jenius. Saya menambah kartu X-Card namun saat kartu datang tgl 05/04/2022 tidak bisa di Active-kan, kemudian saya melaporkan ini ke CS dgn Nomor CAS-22-CB8941. Pertama oleh CS disuruh nunggu 6 hari kerja guna penyelesaiannya, eh kemudian muncul SMS hr ini tgl 13/04/2022 bahwa masih disuruh nunggu 20 hari kerja. Padahal untuk mendapatlan x-card itu bukan gratis tetapi bayar. Tidak ada penjelasan apapun dan solusi apapun selain suruh nunggu.
When it said my registration is fail after video calling and i Tried to login to figure out but it says connection problem while my internet connection is stable and fine and it keeps me fail logging in. Fortunately i havent put money in there and get registered. Uninstall now.
