App is crashing. Not able to open the app. Why is this happening

Why the rate of interest is very low now? It is coming as 3.5 % per annum. I have invested 3L in liquid funds. Earlier it used to give 7% per annum but from last 1 year it is 3.5 % only and keeps going down. Also, after the update I am not able to invest any amount in it. Please provide better returns atleast 6% per annum we are getting less than FD at the moment.
After that updating this app the app crash and didnot get open app so please solve the problem as early
