Good
Just wastes my time till I give up and call. All I want is to give spectrum more money (upgrade speed), why would they make it so hard!? Going to their website, they say click on statement details sub tab, except that doesn't exist. Try without signing in and it tell you to download this app, but no options exist to upgrade. Use the chat to upgrade and it switches out if the app to a browser that gives the same option for upgrading... install this stupid appš¤Æš
