Caveat emptor: having once worked on an early prototype, I am biased. Also, "Dublin" is restricted to the area covered by Dublin City Council, i.e. the central parts, rather than the outlying parts, such as D15 in Fingal County etc. Still: I find the current version to be a mature piece of code, which provides accurate alerting as to the traffic situation in Dublin, but is not particularly bothersome in asking questions in return.
