This is a great software application that makes people understand the importance of their personal student loan choice in simple chicken moact information! I really enjoy having this Great Lakes Student Loan service application 😊 n my cellular phone.
I have thoroughly enjoyed using this app! The biometric sign in was a game changer, for sure. One bit of feedback I do have is for when you pay off your loan, it would be AWESOME if the app had a confetti screen like the website does. I've seen this happen with other loan pages when a loan is paid off and I was slightly disappointed there wasn't more of a fanfare for someone paying off a debt. Other than that, highly recommend! Officially un-installing today! 😄😄

Great way to keep up with my son's student loan.
No useful. I've hat to rest my pasword 6 times in 2 days to acces my account. And can only access it from the website (after changing my password). Great Loan provider and they even give helpful insights to things you may need to know, but unfortunately the app doesn't work. It's fully updated.
