Everything is fine
After being let down by MyTaxi I used carrot cars. They were on time, professional and friendly on both rides there and back from the O2, gave me advice on booking times to avoid being stuck in traffic, and even after Visa put a block on thousands of cards last night, they kept me calm and helped me sort the issue and made my daughter's night a fantastic night. I can't rate them highly enough

Good drivers good cars and all ways on time
I like carrot cars. Use it more than Uber. If you book in advance, It guarantees on time show up with professional driver. There was only once with minor driver delay. Call CS helped me to explain the situation and re-arearrange another car in 3mins. Very happy customer.
