I paid for a game I can't play? It said to put VR on to play but when I do it's not in my Oculus library. Help?

It won't give me the option to push play to start the game....I can't figure it out.
I just paid .99 for a game that didn't say you had to have a game pad. I installed and opened this game to find I can't play it. Not happy at all!
Just to let y'all know it's worth the money and you'll need a Gamepad but trust I'll rate this 10 stars if I could
