Who else has a card without receiving the pin for ages? @bnp paribas, whatever technology you have for sending card pin to mobile phones after receiving sms DOES NOT WORK. IT HAS NEVER WORKED. And you have a culture of not attending to customers who beg for their pin. For over 2 weeks, a friend has been responding to sms for pin without result and visited the branch more than 3 times without any positive outcome. Mine took 3 weeks too before I got my pin. Banking in 1920s was more efficient!

Not reliable Not working properly Multiple accounts impossible... 2022 still horrible to use. Not user-friendly. And not possible to manage multiple accounts 7/03/2022 : not possible to do every action in one account (with other listed account in it like send money ) Update 08/03/22: no its not possible to do all action in one account when its linked. Update 10/03/22 : my "conseillĂšre" told me there was not any solution. This app is a joke
TrÚs long pour afficher des nouvelles transactions, mais mieux qu'avant. Pas la possibilité de lié à Google Pay, car lyfpay n'est pas terrible. Sinon ça va. Ajout de bénéficiaire sans problÚme, déverrouiller avec empreintes aussi. Confirmation de paiement via l'appli marche bien.
