Always failed to update balance
Saya top-up saldo TapCash lewat BNI Mobile Banking sebesar Rp 250.000 tapi sampai sekarang belum masuk (pending). Padahal sudah saya update berulangkali pakai BNI Mobile Banking, TapCash Go, dan ATM. Saldo di rekening sudah terlanjur berkurang. Saya sudah telepon CS BNI Call 2 kali, tapi tidak terselesaikan masalah saya. Saya coba datang ke kantor BNI terdekat, saya diarahkan untuk refund saldo. Yang direfund hanya saldo di kartu saja. Saldo yang masih berstatus pending tidak dikembalikan. Payah
Selali gagal kalo mau top up, data kartu jadi bermasalah
Isi 2x gagal 2 2 nya. Udh minta tolong csnya tapi udh 3 hari gak bisa juga
sampah
sudah TU dim-banking, mau update balance tidak bisa padahal saldo di rekening sudah terpotong.
