Picento is a private photo browsing app for visitors to theme parks running the Picento system. The app allows visitors to participating theme parks the ability to access, view and share photographs taken by the theme park photographers. All photographs taken at the park are uploaded to the Picento web server and are tagged for the relative customers. Purchased the package on the park, it downloaded quickly to my samsung, the app looks amazing and is much better than what you get a disney! Well worth the money!
I was told when I bought this package that I could save all the photos....the lady showed me how to do that, I paid, had a great day at the park.....but now the only place I can see the photos is in the app. When I go to 'mydrive' it just shows a url, there is no photo. I've just wasted my money and feel completely conned. My daughter will be so upset when she discovers I can't actually find a way to get the photos onto my laptop to print them for her :(
I have been using the app and Picento photo services on our visits to Blackpool for the last 4-5 years. The app works seamlessly and does exactly what i want. Despite other reviews, i have never had a problem with downloading the full size photos and have also been able to share through a variety of other apps. If you sign up for an account it is also easy to view the photos via a web browser, or this can also be done using the bar code provided at the time of purchase. My kids love getting their photos done at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and there are always subtle changes which mean the photo opportunities on offer change each time we visit. All of the Picento staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the app and the photo services on offer.
Brilliant easy to use
Was told i could download the app on more than 1 device and use the same barcode on each device, now low and behold only able to use the barcode once and not again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS
Good but extremely flawed, how do I download the pictures??? Completely useless if you can't.
