This has got to be one of the worst banking apps I've ever used.
This use to be a good way to put funds aside but since late last year I haven't been able to open the app just keeps saying to be patient how patient do you have to be its been months going to try and find another card this has gotten to be horrible and after reading all the other reviews I see I'm not the only one. I guess if you're trying to lose customers or going out of business just let us know
Update didn't work. Have not been able to add money to my card for 2 weeks now. Bluebird sucks and it takes an act of Congress to talk to a human and when you do get a human they still aren't helpful and you hang up with them with things just as screwed up as before you called.
I am rating Bluebird a 1 because I can't even get them to mail me the card. They claimed my mailing address is incorrect but I get everything else delivered to thus address with no issue. Then I tried calling customer service regarding this on 4 different days multiple times each day and can't get to a person and system normally states the computer system needed to answer your question at this time is not available after entering my Social Security #. It hangs up on me when I select human option
