Hard to use search.

Doesn't let you sign in. Then they don't help fix the problem. Waste of time

You have to have phone service to use the app, many places I bird there is none. Why do they have to tell you what birds are there. It is for beginning birders, I guess. You are out there looking for unexpected birds. The idea of having to go through steps in the field to add birds is ludicrous. Even with the non app ebird, the maps they have to tell you if you saw what you saw are not detailed enough to be correct. I am using an old Peterson app ,no downloading, no telling you what you sa

Love it, I learn from others while still keeping my records.

Hard to search locations that you are planning to travel to. Only wanted to search for Australian birds and it kept coming up with other country list
