After the overhaul, benefits will remain to be seen. Quite suspicious: while there's a lot of talk about premium membership (and existing members have automatically been "upgraded") no information can be found what it will actually cost. I also had multiple maps, some of which I got by biking a lot - those efforts are just gone, that adds to a negative feeling. This used to be my rec. for everyone, seeing these developments may very well change that. Sad to see a wonderful service go downhill...

Very good and reliable app. It covers most of quiet ways and bike lanes. Allows you to explore city. Also AI is better than GMaps. Timing of it is way better, so it's far less likely to miss the turn. I do recommend it. Sometimes, the route dissappeared. Sometimes the map doesn't align with current road. The arrow is in a line of buildings. It's very rare, but happened few times that map guides me through dangerous roads that are not meant for bicycles. Its in regards of London.

After using bc a lot as a bike messenger in graz, i really liked the app (the older version), by changing the settings it was possible to get really nice fast routes to the destination. Now, many things changed, the routing is in my opinion in graz not good any more( maybe they need more data again, but often quite detours were suggested to me, although bicycle paths are available), add. i miss the settings for the fastest way/roadtype ( they are there now, but have t.b. chosen every time...)

Before the latest updates it was pretty good and carefree of you only use it for tracking purposes as I do. But now automatic tracking disappeared as well as the possibility to export recorded tracks as GPX files.

Great app basically. Unfortunately, even manual recording still fails every so often. Frustrating.

So - the map package I bought now can't be downloaded offline unless I buy a premium subscription? Where do I get my money back for the map pack? EDIT: And thanks for ignoring my question! I bought a full offline map package - which is no longer usable. Again - where to get my money back? EDIT: refund officially refused, they prefer to keep sitting in your money - beware!

Ich finde die Idee toll für Fahrräder geeignetere Wege zu finden. Mit dem Update ist es schwierig die notwendigen Informationen auf der Homepage zu finden - ein Geheimnis? Meinem Verständnis nach hat man zumindest keine kostenlose Sprachausgabe und keine Offlinekarten mehr. Weder eine verständliche Übersicht noch die damit verbundenen Kosten finde ich auf der Homepage. Für eine 5€ Karte gibt es 3 Monate Ersatz. Ich habe wieder die alte Version installiert. Die Zielgruppe hat sich verschoben.
