I have really enjoyed this game until I reached episode 5. I could not find the saddle made by the blacksmith so I had to uninstall and reinstall. That part really sucks

I xont like it because zome of the items that you click on and have to yse somewherelse when you drav it to the place it goes it will nkt take it . This has some issues, and another thing when you gk to custoner service to ask for help there is no where to send ut to you...
I have enjoyed the game until I got to the game where I match the stone pieces that display letters. I can't skip it, I can't go forward. I've tried the hint function, I've closed out and reopened many times etc. Help!
