Annoying that you can't recover your account without your username which I don't know. Need to fix that virtually every other system allows email recovery access
Garbage app, garbage service, garbage customer support. We need another bike share in Philadelphia to run this poorly run and maintained service out of business. Nothing works.

Visited Philadelphia and the bike share and app was invaluable. we used it constantly and on the hottest two days of the year were able to visit everything with ease.
Ride times are very limited.
