Gives me a constant reminder to take my pill. Good visual to carry around since I can't physical have my pills me with 24/7 (varying temperature will degrade the quality of the pills so I leave them at home).
I initially just used the free portion, and it was great for reminders. I finally bought the widgets and it's awesome to be able to quickly and easily plan around cycle days.
