I can't click on the coupons to add items to my shopping list. I want to be able to search the store to make my list and have it tell me where it is in the store.

I can't sign in so I tried emailing and the app wouldn't send my complaint through. Works well for others i know who use it but not for me
Good options, but runs so slow I end up not using it in the store.
Very convenient. The app needs some updates or be more user friendly when looking things up in the store. Sometimes it won't pop up an item you need but you know the store has it. Like convection sugar or powder sugar.
I have been using my perks number for years. A few months ago it stopped working. At the store they told me it's not in their system. I used the app to sign up again. I used a coupon once successfully (it's not intuitive at all). When I tried to login a month later it says my email address is not in their system. If I try to sign up again I can't because my email address is already in their system. The service is clearly not reliable and I caution others to not enter their real personal info.
Keeps crashing
Honestly, the only reason I got this app is to do online shopping and you can't easily switch between departments without backing out of the window entirely. That is a solid F in design, for making online shopping near impossible on your phone.
