Nightmare, Barclaycard 0800 Customer Services had me on hold for 32 minutes after going through an automated labyrinthine of options, I gave up. Tried a second time and gave up after waiting over 30 minutes so tried this app so I could use chat. It won't load so I'm back to 'square 1'. I HATE DEALING WITH BIG ORGANISATIONS. Barclaycard are awful and i want to leave them after 15+ years because of this, they treat us so bad. What do i do now.

Updated - lost access to my account / card. Transactions disappeared. Push notifications getting mixed up between my business and Barclaycard app... Very buggy

The old version wouldn't allow to log in and asked to update. The updating stage is just permanently stagnant, although there's plenty of free space available. Tried to uninstall and to install again and the same problem persists. So now I don't have any app installed so have to resort to the website instead. Appalling! And really offputting !
