What is happening online old version is better than your update.
The definition of user unfriendly. Slow and confusing, this app is like having an identity crisis.
This app has so many glitches. It gets stuck alot and alot of times doesn't even work, but if it works, it is very slow. The strange thing is that Sohar International still didn't fix a thing though this issue has been for months. I heard some people moved to other banks due to this. I guess this Bank is not serious about customer services or it is just not competitive. Sohar International, please bring the old version of the app. It was less embarrassing...
