The app doesn't always work.

I can't find Bill's payment on my mobile app

I hate forced updates!!!!!!

I have been using aut pay for years with no problem. Then about two months ago the auto payment was mysteriously shut off by itself. I fixed it but because it stopped paying on its own for no reason I missed a payment. Now it did the same thing again! I have spent two hours trying to get it set up and there is no option popping up to set it up! I called customer service and they sent me an email that supposedly has instructions to set it up and of course THAT ALSO DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!! FIX IT!
