Great app except that occassionally the app hangs and I have to cancel the booking because the driver has aleady arrived and taken me to my destination. Almost always this is with an exceptional driver I was planning on 5 starring. So I really hope you don't dock points for cancelled bookings because it would sadden me to know exceptional drivers could lose their jobs over something as simple as the app hanging.
