It did not allow me to put in any de-escalation techniques. The categories were 1, Name 2. Photo 3. Primary conditions 4. Secondary conditions 5. Birthday 6. Gender 7. Height 8. Weight 9. Hit Done That was it. I did not see a space for anything else. I still gave it four stars because I think it is great that we are at least getting some information out there. When out people are in need.
Good but not great. I had high hopes for this app. However I struggle with it so far. Maybe I just haven't figured it out yet.
This app is exactly what we all have been waiting for. Sign up is free and effortless. You then have the ability to create a profile for your loved one (i.e. special needs, mental illness, elderly) giving information about the individual needs, triggers, behaviors, aggression, helpful tips ect. Which all becomes available to a first responder that is within 80ft of them. That first responder then has all the information they need right on their cell phone in order to best help your loved one. The Vitals App is the best way to bridge the gap between those whose voice is often not heard and the people that help and protect our communities.
