This app is sufficient for viewing an auction's catalog prior to a live auction, but the functionality of keeping up with a live auction isn't even remotely acceptable. The app doesn't stay in sync with lots as they progress and the functionality of actually bidding is nowhere near responsive enough to actually be able to participate in a live auction. This is the first time I've tried to use the app to participate in a live auction and it has been an exercise in futility.

App froze when submitting bid, lost opportunity to bid. Opened PC browser and auction was several items ahead and my bid had not been registered.

The app worked as it should for me to place prebids, watch the live auction, and even bid live. BUT! It mowed down over 1.6GB of data just for for watching ~20 items sell over the course of maybe an hour. That is absolutely ridiculous! It would be fine if you were watching it on WiFi, but on a 3 gig data plan (ProjectFi), it just cost me $16 and some change to watch a few items sell. Yes, the app worked. I won the item I was bidding on. From an optimization stand point, the app needs a lot of work.

The app works great...too good in fact because I bid often and a lot. Key runs an awesome auction. The people are very friendly and helpful. I attend and bid on quite a few live items. I highly recommend just watching to get the hang of it and then bid. But don't bid against me please.

Don't trust the pictures they are trying to deceive you into thinking the quality of the product is better than it is. Very shady practices to sell items to make their commissions.

You cannot use this for live bidding! It does not refresh properly, and lags behind the actual auction website. Lost at least twice without even knowing I was outbid...
