Face recognition set-up failed like so many others. Spent 30 minutes with tech support but he was unable to resolve. Worst experience. Avoid.
so far so good, easy to open the account apart from the face ID which was a pain but worked in the end.

Was keen for the instant access savings account until I got to the face and voice ID section. Not for me thanks, far too intrusive.
