كانو كويسين وبيهتمو بشكاوي ويحلو مشاكل ولما كترت مشاكلهم مبقاش حد بيهم حتى يتصل بعميل لما يلغي ويعمل شكوى مش فارق معاهم حد ولا اي تعديل ومسحت التطبيق بعد ما كنت علاطول بطلب بس هما عادي في عملاء كتير مجتش علينا
Missing item in a delivery 24 hours ago and no one answers on the customer support number or email
It's third time my order missing some items even I had paid for it. Same thing happened today with my order . My family received order when I was in office and I had order of one ltr. + Half Ltr. Dettol antibacterial pack . When I was home badly surprised that only half Ltr Dettol antibacterial was received. Still waiting for solution after more than 15 hours but no reply.
