I enjoy art very much, but have never taken the time to learn the names of paintings or of the artists. This is a great way for me to do just that.

Thanks for doing this. I am excited to find such a treasure in a sea of crap-apps. Would like to give it 5 stars, but it cries for these features: Filter to put art in ascending or descending order by year; Filter to show only pieces from a time period or from a certain style; Filter to show all the works of a particular artist; A general Find function; Adding what style the art is, or at least a separate reference page, that has a chronological listing of what style the piece is in. Add ability to swipe to the next piece when in the full screen mode. These suggestions, notwithstanding, I love that someone put this out there!
I look forward to a new artwork every morning. A simple but life-affirming app.
Doesn't work on Pixel 3. Please fix.
