Sergio Camellini, born in Sassuolo (Modena), is a psychologist, psychosexologist, poet and writer. He is a member of the Italian Society of Clinical Sexology and Sexual Psychopathology, Sispse Onlus branch in Turin. He is a scholar of poor art of peasant civilization and crafts, therefore, he founded a house museum on the Emilian Apennines. He has published a work on body language, a complete work and twelve books of poetry. He was commissioned to be one of the Italian representatives of contemporary poetry in Belgrade (Serbia) and Hyderabad (India), where he was awarded the 2017 Award. Recently, the Association on childrens rights "Quercia in favola" of Aulla (Massa-Carrara), awarded him "The Golden Oak for Lifetime Achievement". In Palermo, Capital City of Culture 2018, the Academic Senate of Sicily awarded him the honor of Academician of Sicily. For merits acquired in the literary sector, he has been awarded several career awards, the last of which will be awarded in Rome in "La voce dei poeti 2019". Some of his works have been set to music and disseminated in schools. His lyrics are dedicated to everyday life, his heart captures the suffering of others, his verses express great sensitivity and sweetness.
