They deliver 2 hours after an order, if at all. There was one time when they did not deliver. With 100 "delivery cars" you would think they would be able to get orders out on time. Moreover they do not bring the correct items ordered. Several times we'd have to send the items back. They really need to improve their services or they will lose customers. I am currently ordering from their neighboring supermarket where items reach us within 20 mins.

I like the interface and all the features bit delivery time is so long. I know there is a bluemart grocery like 10 min away from me. and it takes them 30-45 minutes. Other than that everything is awesome.

Connection problems
