I've used gearbest casually over a few years and haven't had issues. It seems a few months ago they had issues. App and site seemed to be down partially and some online chatter of company closing. Everything is back up for new orders. But I have an order of 7+ months not received yet. Can't contact support. Can't create a ticket (options dont work). I would say use at own risk at this point.
Scam - I ordered a few items. Gearbest then , without notice, closed down. After months they reopened and now they ignore my requests for an update on my items that still have not been shipped. STAY AWAY.
