Sejak awak buka rekening, terjadi banyak transaksi pemotongan, mulai dari biaya kartu, potongan bulanan. Tapi transaksi² tersebut tidak tercatat di mutasi rekening. Gimana ini ??? Kalo di bank lain nilai seperti di BNI mobile transaksi sekecil apapun pasti tercatat. Gmn nih tolong diperbaiki !!!!

seharusnya sistem BCA mobile dan my BCA itu disamakan, gw beberapa waktu lalu ngurus bca mobile dan my bca saya yang terblokir eh tau tau nya yang bisa di pulihkan lewat online cuma bca mobile nya malah my bca nya harus datang ke gerai bca nya. alangkah baiknya di satukan aja sistemnya
