The WORST app based taxi service in the world! If you think the same as UBER or TAXA, think again. If you count on BEAT for timely delivery to destination you will be disappointed. Finding a BEAT might take even 1 hour. Just pick a street taxi instead. STAY AWAY!

I had to restart the app several times to get the correct location, and in the end I couldn't find a driver.
A pesar de que en Bogotá las direcciones son muy precisas, la aplicación siempre les indica a los conductores un punto impreciso, pero ellos teniendo la dirección no hacen el esfuerzo de buscar tampoco, buscando cobrar el cargo de cancelación. O arreglan su gps u obligan a sus conductores a usar el sentido común y evitar el oportunismo.
