Amazing tool for figuring out what you can afford.
This app has potential. Its major flaws are: 1.) Let me enter a $ amount down payment. Don't make me manually calculate a % 2.) Shop mortgage rates feature has NEVER worked for me. Makes me dought that it works for anyone. If it actually worked the leads it would generate would mean money for you .. HELLO I think that's what you want this app to do is generate revenue for you
