Awful. For a global media company the app and website are awful. Crashing or non loading app means I can't access my account. Website account area doesn't give me ANY info whatsoever. Awful.
I swore I'd never deal with Virgin broadband again 2 years ago when they changed my installation date 4 times. Since entering into a new agreement last week, they're currently on their 3rd installation date. Virgin media are a shambolic company. I'm cancelling.
Like most of virgin media's services nowadays, this app is a total joke. Every time I try to log in, it takes me back to the play store app page. I can't be bothered to find out why, I'm just counting the days until I can escape from virgin media for good.
