I left when it became a paid app...now I'm back paying and it's very unstable...I have to unplug and reboot nightly. What am I paying for exactly?
Stuff like this should not cost a subscription fee
Hub is useless without monthly subscription. Moving to a different hub but finding it very hard to remove the devices added to the hub without a subscription. Going to factory reset all my devices (nodes) and trash the wink hub. Don't like being held hostage and locked out of functions that I paid for. Hope your company goes bankrupt.
Unconscionable that a company would sell you various hardware at premium prices and then years later require you to pay a monthly $5 subscription fee to access the device that you already paid for. To add insult to injury the app works intermittently and poorly at best. What trash. I would have never purchased in the first place. Then they change the rules to the game after it has started and still offer a subpar service to a captive market. Shame on you.

Locked out of Hardware. I bought a Wink2 a few years back. Wink doesn't allow an in-app firmware option without first connecting to their paid network. The hardware is junk. I don't mind the $5 subscription, but to lock me out of hardware I purchased directly from wink is unacceptable. I'll happily pay IFTTT instead.
