Talon is a different presentation of Twitter that allows users to see more information on screen.

excellent!

It's Free Software (free as in freedom). It looks good. It works. I wish it would also support Mastodon and/or Pleroma as well

I've tried this app twice a couple years apart. It doesn't seem to improve. My mentions aren't updated and the Activity view has been empty for as long as I've had it installed.

If you can't stand how Twitter keeps ruining their own app, this is the one for you. My favorite third-party client out of all the ones I've tried.

It's a very clean app, I love the layout, the customisation is excellent. There a few limitations because the Twitter API doesn't allow 3rd party apps to do a few select things but it's such a minor thing, more something to be aware of and something that shouldn't be held against this app because ANY 3rd app will suffer from the same limitations.

it's great, except, it doesn't upload images for me, and it always starts at the bottom of the feed, instead of the top.
