Don't use this app if you're expecting any sort of reasonable customer service. The only reason I use this app is because no one has come out with anything better yet.

Punched and sanded greens @ the course should always be noted on booking the course. Get it together G.N. 3 times I've booked and drove many miles only to show up to greens under repair. Post this on the booking page. Don't be greedy for your cut. I don't want to have to call the course prior to booking. Let us know.!!! No surprises. Your help staff is friendly, but, I'd rather not have to call in. Thank you Golf Enthusiast.
